hello!
i've been reading the forum for some time now, and well, if i don't post is because almost every topic is dicussed ![]() my suggestion is for the training forum. could it be divided into body parts? doing a search brings ups too many unrelaed results. i thought of for example subforums for like: arms, chest, abs, legs, back, and a general. well, i think it would be easier to follow the topics and also for new members to avoid repeating questions. see you ![]() |

A simple search in the training would provide almost every answer you seeked. The thing is no one hardly uses the search feature(Im sure they do, it just seems like this). I dont like the idea of 'seperate forums'.
