a random drawing from the names of the elite members that happen to be on at a specific time, during a specific day of the week

(It would indirectly add incentive to upgrade to an elite membership)

You should do something like get involved with some sort of game website so that the highest Elite member score gets whatever you're giving away. That way, you can link on their site, they can link on yours, and you both benefit.
