How come?

Every time I log out; whether its at home, work, or anywhere, it always says "An error occured while logging out Click here to log out". Then you click the link and it logs you out. Just wondering why you have to do it twice? Does this happen to everyone or just me?

it is a "cookie" issue with your web browser, it happens to my sometimes, but not always.
