Remove extra line breaks.

I would like to suggest removal of those annoying excessive line breaks that exist consecutively in some posts. While saving, the code could ignore new line breaks if there are more than one.

Similarly, if the same text is repeated more than once consecutively, show it only once and ignore the rest. though this will require a bit if String manupulation.
