How do I start a photo gallery?

Yeah, there needs to be like a "gallery" icon underneath everyone's screen name or something.

<<< capnkid click gallery icon under your name, or there is a photo gallery link at the top of the board (on every page), once you're in the photo gallery in the top right there is a link "upload photos".
