Smile Grateful to Robert

I can certainly see were some would think I am upset about having to close up the forum but it's not what it appears to be. It's my trainess who are mad.
They feel it's such a Big World to let a few CLOWNS ruin it for those who where serious about their training.

Flaming is out of control on this board when you can't answer a question in the open training forum without getting flamed by another member or a mod. The silent majority agrees with me but most do not want to get invloved out of fear they too will become a victim of the flaming. I know this to be a fact because numerous members have told me this very thing!!!

I've had thoughts about opening up my own site for sometime now. This scenario was the extra push I needed to get me motivated. I am gracious to Robert for allowing me to help others. He knows this and I have no gripes whatsoever about anything on this board other than the flaming. As ironic as it may seem the flaming turned out well for me because I am now starting my own board. So, in a way I should be grateful for the rampant flaming allowed on this board, but deep down we all know it's a very unkind thing to do.

Out of respect for Robert I hope everyone will at least consider thinking before they speak. Everyone has feelings and nothing good can come out of hurting others. Sarcasm will push trainers away from this site. Sticks and stones can break someones bones but words cut deep into the soul.

Do you want to be looked at by others as a CLOWN or a Fitness Buff? The ball is in our court and it's definetly something for us all to think about. I have nothing else to say in this matter and am letting it go because I have made a personal decison to do my very best not to flame other members.

Please show this board the respect it deserves.

Why settle for being a man when you can be an "IRONMAN".

I am most grateful to Robert for his insanely great Back Rubs.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Yes, but I was being modest for him, his front rubs are even better.
