The 25 post thing

I was just wondering if you could stop the 25 post rule. It makes idiots signup and waste people's time by posting dumb stuff to get to 25. If they want to see some pics let them. But dont make them write because most of them say the stupidest things i have heard in my life. "How much calcium should you take? Take what you feel is right." or they just repeat what others say. I understand every once and awhile but not every post you write.

But how many really know about the pic gallery? Maybe it instead of the 25 post it should be an amount of time like two weeks or something. Or make the pictures open to the public exept the member pics so people who really want to talk about bobybuilding and other stuff can without being bothered by people with no interrest in bb or its lifestyle.

It took me over 1 year to post my first reply. I always get on to read new topics but never replied. I only reply unless something interests me. Because of the 25 post rule I feel left out from both Member's Pics and the picture gallery because I am very selective.

I think a good rule would be that in order for newbies to get into the picture gallery, they have to blow Prince. This rule, of course, would be waived for veteran posters.

I do not want people coming here just to view pics, also it consumes bandwidth and we're already pushing the limits here on that.
So, unless you all start donating to IM, I cannot afford to waste bandwidth on little teenagers that want to see our pics!

I kinda like TCD`s suggestion of using an invite system.....a mod ok`s them before they get in....that way BS posters will be gone real quick.

Wow wow hold it there Sr. I’m a teenager and if u can track where in the forums I have been u’ll find out that I have not been on the pic’s forums fort more than 10 times in about 2 years. But I do get the point of u singling out teens

But I’m sure if someone want to see the pic’s they will find a way of doing so no matter how hard the rules get.

Yeah i like stuffin around too but this guy just trashed a shit load of threads in a matter of minutes i wonder how many people would do that if the post limit for seeing pics was 100??
