I think there is.

Most people come on and ask to have their diet and training sorted for them without any specific questions.

They are more or less all the same. Some are just more uninformed than others.

It used to be in the bottom, say for instance you go in a thread that's about upright rows the similar thread bar would show you 3 different threads about it.

The other similar thread is, I am 18-24, I have been 'training' I want to take steroids.
