Over 40 Forum?
How about a forum for those of us over 40. Even though I continue to train like I was 30, there are some significant differences. For example, recovery time, supplementation goals, diet and nutrition, etc.. I enjoy the conversation in the other forums and find that I can apply many of the concepts and ideas to my own needs. I just think an over 40 forum would be easier for some to find what may apply to them a bit faster.
I'm not close to an AARP card and I'm happy to say at 46 I'm stronger than I was at 30, and absolutely smarter! |

I believe that this has been suggested before. The consensus was that training the over 40 crowd isn't different enough to warrant another forum.

Probably not enough over 40 to sustain a forum.
