I never said you can emphasize one over the other.

If you will read the post Gaz said the quad is one muscle and the back is many. This is wrong as I pointed out.

He cannot fathom the notion that you cannot emphasize certain portions of a muscle over others.

I guess that it will take time to correct these mistaken beliefs

sorry for interrupting but im jsut curious, the training section is for people who need help training, and there are noobs that post stuff about 'build a routine' and 'am i doing this right'. what are ideal threads and questions that would not irrate yall. i guess what im asking is what questions havent been answered that isn't considered a noob question and a question that would be enjoyable to answer?

feel free to ignore this, was just wondering.

If you read the stickies and then ask a question beyond that content, then it would generate interest.

I've spent some time on other forums, but I personally feel that IM is the best.
The amount of information here is amazing and I have complete respect for so many people here.
I'll admit, sometimes the "how's my routine" questions get a little old, but I honestly do not see why it's so difficult for a 'noob' to read the damned stickies.

Destiny dressed you this morning my friend, and now Fear is trying to pull off your pants. If you give up, if you give in, you're gonna end up naked with Fear just standing there laughing at your dangling unmentionables!

That's it.

Questions like, "I'm doing a full workout of nothing but biceps, should I do 20 or 30 sets for each exercise?" is pretty insulting in that it shows the person has done nothing to educate themselves and want to be spoon-fed.

On the other hand, asking if your push/pull/legs routine is well balanced shows just the opposite and will get some very useful input.

No, that's not how it goes. It's more like, "I been taking creatine for four weeks, how long should the PCT be?" or "I took too much creatine, am I going to die?"

main thing i have noticed on here is people dont like to hear the word synthol. also alot of stupid posts regarding abs, then some dumb questions bout juice. other forums i have seen alot of really stupid posts about juice were to get so on and so on. i like this place stupid stuff gets axed quickly. keep up the good work guys.

"im going to go inject syntherol in my ass see if it gets me a bubble butt"
i bet in the world you live in every one is a pony, eats rainbows, and craps butterflies.

Yeah, my bad - i should have made that clearer, lol.

My point was that the quad muscles do the same thing (basically), whereas the muscles of the back do very different things.

I dont wanna get into that topic again fuck it.
