Cannot find a answer to any of these!!
Ok, i've gone to several BB message boards and have used google and cannot really find a clear answer..
But i'm trying to take: Arginine, Ornithine, Lysine, Glutamine, Lysine, Glycine, Citrulline and Tyrosine to increase natural HGH levels. I recently found out Arginine decrease GH levels if taken PRE/POST Workout. So to gain the maximum potential of HGH levels should I take Arginine/Orinthine/Citrulline before bedtime in a large dosage? and Glutamine, Lysine, Glycine, and Tyrosine POST WORKOUT? I also got paid nicely and bought some Plasma Jet, will this negate my GH level as well?? My main goal is to raise my HGH levels very highly within the next 3-4 months. |

first off, why do you want to get a large boost in hgh?
secondly, through supplementation there really is no way to get a significant boost. the compounds you listed can create a small boost, as can gaba, but this is more noticeable in older people. i think your end goal is a bit unrealistic. |
