Yet another Creatine question
Is creatine in pill form effective? I mean do you get the same results as if you would take the powder form? Which is the best in pill form?

For example: 1. Creatine Monohydrate 2. CEE 3. Kre alkalyn ..and more. Try creatine monohydrate. If that doesnt work, try cee and so on. Hope it helped. ![]()

Creatine is a trial and error supplement. YOu have to find what works best for you. CM powder worked for me however it ripped my gutts apart with sever cramps. Others didnt have that. So i tried CEE and didnt feel like i got anything out of it. Mynext step was Kre-Alkalyn. I started taking KA about 8 months ago and havent stopped since. Now some will say that im a rep and i'm supposed to say that. I just became a rep 2 weeks ago. KA has worked for me without the cramping and its not ripping my gutts apart.
