Unbiased Questions; Which of these do I need??
So I was looking into some Acetyl L-Carnitine from NutraBio.com and I see that they have all these different amino acids, etc...
Well I was looking at their Arginine, Taurine, Lysine, etc... And I started thinking, which of these do I need? And how do you know if you need them?? Would that be dependent on your goals? And which ones are needed for every day good health. Just looking at this site, it's so overwhelming... Alot of them say things like; very effective for building lean muscle tissue ! And I'm like, oh jeez which ones should I get!! AHHH!! Anybody have any opinions?? |

Oh I see, is Taurine only required when using steroids ?

no, they are all beneficial in some form or another, but they are not necessary. what is your current supplement regimine?
