muscletech meso tech vs metrx
Ok im trying to gain muscle mass, i have made a post on the nutrition forum, and i am making a fitday account to nail my nutrition. I have gathered i need to take in light stuff, and add some meal replacements. What would be better for me, i am a hard gainer because i dont have my nutrition down pat, and i want to know which suppliment would be better for building mass? Meso tech or metrx? Maybe there is another suppliment out there that is better then both of these products. Please feel free to give advice or direct me to a product that is the best. I dont want to gain fat though keep that in mind. My goal is to bulk up from my skinny 150bs to 200lbs then cut down to 180lbs of lean muscle with 10% body fat! Thanks guys!

All that is, is a meal replacement. You need to eat more to gain size. No supplement is going to change that.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

i know this but im trying ti fit as much calories in my body, and its a battle to eat everytime so im trying to fit as many i guess '' easy'' calories in by meal replacement, nuts, and creamy calorie wise foods easy on the stomach. Before i start eating steaks, and stuff like that because it fills you up, and then its a real battle to eat.

First priority is to get your eating habits in order. Once you have that figured out, then worry about supplements.
The name explains it all.... to supplement(in this case your diet and training)
