Any studies support the need for loading creatine?
Don't know if this question gets asked a lot, but I've been wondering if there's any research to support the need to load Creatine monohydrate. Beyond anecdotal evidence, I haven't seen anything.

Prince, do you load it? I mean, do you recommend loading the stuff?
Seems like an easy way to waste a lot of creatine quickly, but I have heard some anecdotal evidence that loading is helpful. |

CEE gives me the burps. Will never use it again, especially since mono gives me the same results.
As for loading, I've read, but cant remember where, that a 3 day loading period of 20g a day will be sufficient. That being said, I did both no-load and a 5 day and no-loading. I didnt see any difference other than the waste of money. A month later, is it told, you get the same results with a three day or five day load. Guess it comes down to choice. |
