SupplementTests dot com has completed an independent, controlled test on IntraVol by MuscleTech. This product is promoted as a strength and muscle builder. Here's what the test revealed:

Cycle Period: 24 days
Change in body weight: +2 lbs
Change in bicep size: 0
Change in body fat: +.5%
Change in lean body mass: + 1 lbs
Change in # of reps on the bench: 0 (10 reps at the beginning, 10 reps at the end)

Test subject used no other supplements, continued with normal workout routines and diet, had no weight or strength changes prior to the test, and has worked out on a regular basis for over 10 years.

Is this a worthwhile supplement? You decide.

Those results aren't very significant, one can obtain those results by drinking a glass of milk before a workout for 24 straight days.

yeah right I recieved a free container of this product from a guy I train a few months ago , I ran out of xtend so I tried it for a while -IMO it is a joke and I would've been pretty disturbed if I had bought it, I still have half of the container it didn't compare in taste or effect to xtend
