Is this going to do anything?

It says to take 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch. Sounds stupid since it is a Nitric Oxide booster. What are your thoughts?? |

I would take it pre and post workouts.

It will help with the pumps before workout, but don't expect it to give lasting effects. It's fun to mix with caffeine if you have the money. Protein, creatine, multivitamin, and fish oils come first.
