question about supplements

Hey guys, I am doing some research on the subject of Nutritional Supplements for a college paper and I needed to get some data from folks who buy these products. I have put this question on a few other website forums so please only answer once. Thanks in advance for your help.

When you are purchasing a supplement, what are the factors that you consider? Please rank these by letter in order of importance to you. Also list any other factors that are important to you and where they would be ranked. Please list your Gender, Age and the dollar amount you estimate you spend on supplements in a year.

A. Name Brand
B. Perceived Quality
C. Someone you know reported good results
D. Someone on the forums reported good results
E. Where it is sold

These are terrible choices. You need to have a choice with ingredients and how well the studies done on the actual product worked. And this excludes private agency results.
