Going to start taking Xtreme Tren. I have questions..

I'm going to start taking Xtreme Tren.
I weigh about 150 and im around 6'1 and 18 years old
Is there anything else that I should get to take along with it?
Should I still drink protein and weight gaining shakes? What about creatine?

Also, please explain PCT.
What should I get/do for PCT, and when should I start taking/doing it after taking Xtreme Tren?

Last Q: When do I take Xtreme Tren, and how much per day?

steroids shouldnt be used when you dont understand how to use them.
