Cycle
CEL H Drol - 50/50/75/75 CEL Cycle Assist - 2 servings per day am/pm Multi Vitamin fish oil PCT Test Tabs (last week of H-drol + 3 subsequent weeks) (Multi & Fish Oil as usual) ------- Decided to try Test Tabs as a PCT to compare vs Hardcore Test...which I've used before after H-drol with good results. I'm at about the same starting point (185 pounds with very similar bodyfat levels). At the halfway point here are some stats: End H drol weight: 185 Current weight: 182 A bit better than last time...in fact about 1.5 pounds better. I know it's not a lot but I worked my ass off so every bit counts!! It feels like the difference is not simply more water weight so that is good. Feel solid. End bench max: 275 Current max: Ok haven't maxed again and am purposely switching up exercises...but strength feels very consisent. Definitely a little less RIP THE GYM UP attitude but still feel good. Repp'd 95lb dumbbells for 3 sets of 8 which is more than pre H-drol cycle. The biggest plus so far with Test Tabs has been increased energy & mood. From my reading Trans-Res is supposed to help with that...so I guess no surprise but definitely feelin' it. I'm tend to worry about crashing post PH so feeling both energetic and "up" is a big plus. So far I'd give the edge to Test Tabs v Hardcore Test...simply because of better energy/mood and slightly better holding of my gains. Two weeks to go though so I'll hold my final verdict until then. I'll try to update more frequently just to give a better reflection of daily reaction... |
