Doesn't hoodia effect the blood sugar somehow? Has anyone taken it and had any issues such as light headedness or stomach problems or any ill effects in other words? i know that everyone is different but I was wondering what everyone's experiences had been. What are the best brands out there and where should I purchase them from?

I tried hoodia and it didn't do anything for me... I find it much easier to limit my caloric intake with the right foods...

I've tried it, it did work for me, although not a powerful affect it did help with hunger supresssion. I used Maximum Strength Hoodia Sure Rapid Gels, I actually picked them up at a discount store but I'm sure there are many different quality brands available.
