    Optimum's Pro-Complex

    hey i juist picked some of this stuff up, what do you guys think...better for an after workout shake or to be used as a meal replacement?

    Good stuff, never replace solid food with a shake, as a supplemental meal only. PWS it's OK...butt even better before bed w/cream as it is very low carb and a multi-species protein!

    Is that the blended protein kind? If so, you wouldn't want to use that for post workout. Although you can use it as a meal replacement combined with carbs & fat. On post workout, stick with fast absorbing protein such as whey.

    awesome thanks for the info guys, it tastes really good too, optimum is a pretty quality company from what i have experienced
