can someone help me?

I've been working out for a while without taking any supplements and have seen results but not like I want. I have done research on differ ones and decided to go with bedlam. I recieved my order today, and was wondering if someone could tell me the best way to go about taking it, what to use with it, and what to be careful with. Thanks alot

you bought an oral steroid. the best way would be to not take it. if you have never taken a supplement it makes no sense to go right into steroids. you need support supplements and a pct, otherwise you run the risk of harming yourself.

me too, my suggestion is to return it. these products are not for people new to supplements, these products are for people who are advanced and are knowledgable about steroids.

A good start is:

protein powder - getting a constant
creatine monohydrate - with juice
ZMA - for natural testosterone support
a multivitamin if your intake of vegetable and fruits is not optimal

try that for a few months and go from there if you want to try more adventurous

Stop and shop sells some great supplements for beginners. They come in 3-4LB packages and can be found in the poultry section

What you do in the Gym and the dinner table should be your first concern.
What program.....what diet? Very important to progress! Supps are the icing on the cake.
