Cutting gel?

I came across this. Very appealing. But i dont know anything about it.

So... what im asking... has anyone seen results on cutting gel? Or, more importantly, know the risks associated with it?

Don't waste your loot, unless you're at 4% b/f and you want to get to 3.5%.
