Cool If anyone wants to input ....

I have started taking the following supps. And am going for more weight loss. Also, I'm going to do a search right now, but if anyone has a killer leg workout that they don't mind linking me to, would be great.

    CLA One 1000mg
    CLA 750 mg } active isomers c9, t11, c12 ... Derived from safflower oil.
Take one of those with each meal.

Guggulipid 250 mg and take that twice a day.

    Vit. B6 - Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 250 mg

I sometimes take ephedrine at 50mg, when on cardio days.

I try to work out atleast 4-5 times a week, depends on the shifts I get at work..

I am considering putting a fat burner in with that, along with ALA... just want to see what you think about it so far. OR if you have suggestions as to what might be better.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Ephedrine is bad :| So is mua-huang. Dangerous stuff.... and definatly not for prolonged use. The benifets are not worth the risk.

Hm... destroy my heart and look ''good'' according to the standards of the media by summer or... get healthy and eventualy look good.

good point. I agree with you.

And actually, I am doing a lot better with the ephedrine use. I was morbidly bad before, And as for the CLA and ALA, I have done a fair bit of reading on it from another source, and so far nothing bad has come of them.

Thank you for your reply NickB

From what I've seen there is no reason to fear Ephedrine in standard useage.

    Scoprio girl,
This is your old friend hardasnails from A R
to drop weight fastest and to maintain mass. I have found this very effective and easy to follow

5-6 meals a day eat your body weight in protein or slighly above

here is a sample of what I have some one doing right now and its workng very sweet. she is 150 lbs so i set her about 175-180 protein so instead of 3 oz just drop it to 2 oz a sitting cooked

    I was figuring
100 r ala at every meal
200 r ala on carb up

    4 liver tabs each meal
    2-3 bcaas a meal
6 BCAAS before and 6 after workout 3 before 3 after cardio as well
NYC stack 1 pill every 3 hours with 1 beta from syntrax 3 times aday with NYC
    500 l carnitine

no more then 3 oz protein cooked at a meal gives you 27 grams plus Bcaas and Liver tabs take you to 35 grams thats perfect !!

here is a meal idea 5 times a day NOT 6
    3 oz chicken cooked
2 teaspoon flax oil or 1 teaspoon flax and 3 fish oil casules (these are a must will help to oxidize fat)
1-2 cups veggies or 1 cup strawlberries, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 cup oatmeal dry l
    4 liver tabs
    2-3 bcass
    100 r al,
    500 -1000 mgs ginger

    post work out
use 2 oz 93-96% flank and 4 egg whites and veggies believe or not steak will spike you insulin levels !!
CArb up m,th use this for 6 th meal leave it as you did last night !! try to increase the yams thought to 4 oz cooked with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/2 banna, 1 TABLE SPPON FLax seed oil, 1 cup veggies with 200 r ala

cardio at 5 times a week 30-45 is all for now !! do this for 2 weeks and see what happens. make adjustments from there.

    Hope this helps

Consider combining guarana with the CLA and you should find a dramatic increase in available energy and a major reduction in fat.
I have been trying to make a picture of a
    woman. Changing, yes. Developing, I
    hope. Fantastic, improbable-perhaps.
Quite worthless, quite irritating, if you feel
that way. Or a slightly cockeyed ideal, if
you feel differently. It doesn't matter so
much, so long as you feel that you would
recognise her if you met her tomorrow.
