Good morning everyone. I just received my Creapure Creatine and i'm starting the loading phase. I hear all these things regarding adding juice and so on. But during the loading phase i need 25 grams of creatine and i seperate them into 5 gram servings. Now is it ok to just take with water?
And I remember reading not to mix creatine with whey. But you can mix Glutmaine with Whey correct if someone could clarify this for me it would be a great help.
I did some searching but most things on creatine dditn' talk about just taking it with water.
Thanks For Your Time and Consideration Any input is greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm sure everyone has a different take on it but I've heard creatine can be just as effective if you reduce the loading phase or just bypass it altogether. Of course I have no idea since I've never taken the stuff but that's what I heard from some people. Just mantain the daily requirements.

Welcome to the board! We have several posts on loading which is "worthwhile", but 25 grams depending on you BW may be overkill!
Dosage is best based on LBM (lean body mass) and frequency of W/Os (muscle usage)
If someone could go to ABC...and use the search word "Sahelian" (in sups, or archived supps) and bring back his dosing chart that I posted, it would be apprerciated.
