Hi over there:
Well I just want to know if any of you know a product to increase my testosterone levels but I’m not interested in anabolic. I don’t want it to get pretty big, well not too much I just do it to get a manly look.
Thanks

I have joined this forum because I started bodybuilding when I was 14 years old, and I am now retired. I have done things right and I have done things wrong. I now have osteo-arthritis and osteoporosis but I am still an instructor for the Martial Arts Commission in the UK. I just want to give advice on certain topics and I am hoping that I can help prevent some wrong thinking and practices.
On this topic I could write all day, but to get to basics: Have you had a blood test to determine your present level of testosterone? In the UK, there is a scale of 9 to 22, the highest for a young man should be in the twenties. This is sufficient to produce growth in the main muscle groups providing the training is in the medium rang of weight and application.
Then, there is the question of what kind of manly body do you want? The body of a sprinter, a swimmer or Rambo on a good day? They all require different disciplines and you would need to take the advice of your trainers.
Testosterone does not make muscle by itself. It needs protein, calcium and vitamin D. You just need a good all round diet, plenty of lean meat, fish, veg, carbs and minimum saturated fat.
Good luck!!

Creatine isnt bad for loading up .

anabolics rule though,I know its politically incorrect, but it's true dude ..

:-)
Anabolics are really only needed for huge size and strength gains. If you wanna cut up or something like that really watch your diet and change your routine in the gym.
