GoPro, San V12 and meal timing

According to the package of SAN's V12 it says to take it 30 mins before eating. Right now, I am trying to drop bodyfat like LAM and was wondering how should I use this stuff to coincide with my goals. Should I use it at all? What should I expect? What should I eat after taking the stuff?

My advice is to take it right after you train, than wait the 30 minutes and have your post workout meal...whey protein and simple carbs. On non-training days take it first thing in the morning, wait 30 min and have your normal breakfast.

As to what you should expect...hopefully some more vascularity, fuller muscles and improved strength. Sometimes when dieting our muscles can flatten and feel weak in the gym. The V 12 should keep that from happening.

If V 12 were to be used while bulking, you may see some added bodyweight and more dramatic strength increases.

did you take it twice a day like it instructs or only once a day (post work out and in the morning on non-training days)? i don't wanna waste the stuff if the extra dose a day isn't going to help. oh yeah, do you recommend adding simple carbs or ala while using v12? maybe use creatine monohydrate in the morning and v12 after workout?

I only feel you need one level scoop in the morning on off days, and one heaping scoop post workout on training days. I don't think you need any simple carbs with it, and I wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking after I take it.

The only product with creatine that I like better is PLASMA EXPANDOR, but that has simple carbs which I'm staying away from at the moment.
