    what fat burner to use?

Ok, so I want to start using a fat burner. Which ones are good? What is not? What are the risks? How good is Xenadrine? Hydroxicut? These are the ones I see advertised a lot. What about ones that don't contain ephedra? I'm trying to lose a little bit of fat that is just not going away! Thanks for all the input!

    Guarana herb

Get yourself some guarana herb. Read about here:
    http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2002/...er_cla_01.html

I recently found out from a Brazilian friend that Guarana is a berry native to Brazil, and it has been in use since before my time and his too.

In America we often rediscover old information and market it as "new".
I have been trying to make a picture of a
    woman. Changing, yes. Developing, I
    hope. Fantastic, improbable-perhaps.
Quite worthless, quite irritating, if you feel
that way. Or a slightly cockeyed ideal, if
you feel differently. It doesn't matter so
much, so long as you feel that you would
recognise her if you met her tomorrow.

If you are just starting out try and get your diet in shape if it isn't already. These fat burners do work but you will see far greater results if your diet is in check.

I definately agree...work on the diet...tweak it some more...and then and only then look at the diet pills.
