Proper Creatine Intake?
I take about 5-8g a day of monocreatine. I plan on being on it for 8 months but no longer. Should I be cycling this while im taking it. Or take it ever day and then just stop when I want to get off it?

Everyday.
Why 8 months? Why would you get off of it?

I don't know where you got 8 months from, but I'd cycle it.
I don't know of any definitive proof or research to cite, it's more of a personal preference thing - I'm more comfortable doing stuff like 6 weeks on / 2 off than just staying on a supplement indefinitely (exceptions being a multi, fish oil, and joint stuff) |

I dont want to be on it forever. So over the winter I'm going to be eating a ton and taking creatine then cut down and maintain.
How should I cycle it? |
