that is like saying when I take a pee before weightlifting my muscles grow bigger. GNC is a bad brand the only thing I toke from their was the glutamine pills and in the end i had to take 20 pills just to get 7 grams of it.

I don’t know about the quality from GNC proteins I have never tried them or bought any of them. Their prices are way to high for me and over time it adds up. Over the internet I get them cheaper even after I add the shipping price. Few places you can get your supplements online are www.dpsnutrition.com , www.proteinfactry.com , www.spsnutrition.com , www.netrition.com . and www.jesupgym.com . Just about any internet supplement store online has better prices than GNC. I have not tried www.spsnutrition.com or www.jesupgym.com so I can’t give any feed back on them but they look fine to me. I have ordered from all the rest a few times and have never had any problems with any of them.

So there are differernt qualities in protein? It claimed to have 43g of protein per serving, I guess that doesn't matter if it's not good quality? So would say 20g of a better quality be better?
