Seeking supplement advice: 140lb ectomorph looking to gain.

I'm 18 years old and 140 lbs, extremely low body fat, trying to gain some muscle.

I'm currently just on some whey protein and some post-workout shakes from GNC, but I've been reading alot about some supplements that sound pretty appealing, so I figured I'd come ask the experts

(Trying not to spend a LOT of money, on a college budget, but I dont want to settle for some cheapass stuff that nobody wants to back up)

ZMA - Opinions? Overrated? Needed?

Creatine - Liquid? Powder? What kind?

HMB - Opinions? Overrated? Needed?

Nitric Oxide (NO) - Heard I could spend my money more effectively?

Amino Fuel - Opinions? Overrated? Needed?

Anabolic Flavones - (Methoxyisoflavone and Ecdysterone)

Glutamine

Any other vitamins/supplements?

Thanks for the feedback!

A link/some advice on ectomorph training would be awesome as well, as I don't really know a damn thing about muscle building :]

zma is bullshit, get an ordinary zinc magensium multimineral
Creatine is worth the money
HMB is not worth the money because its results are not established

Buy Creatine n Whey Protein. Supplements wont do the trick, diet, recovery, and proper workout are the only proven methods to improve your physique. Whey can help you establish a good level of Protein intake. Creatine helps you max out your workout by acting as a Phosphate donor to ADP-ATP

Also olive oil for the easy calories - a one-ounce shotglass is over 200 calories, and you can just add it to your shakes.

Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.

this is the problem, you are focusing on supplements which are the smallest part of the equation, focus on your diet/nutrition and training instead.
