Question about casien and protein powder

I just started taking these 2 shakes recently, but only on days that i do work out. i work out mon, wed, and friday. I take protein shake after working out and casein right before i go to bed. I also do like a 15 min jog everyday.

My question is should i be taking 100%whey protein and casien powder on days that im not working out? like Tuesday and Thursday.

Protein powders function as an efficient method to supplement your protein intake. Ultimately, there is no difference between the protein that you take in via food and the protein that you take in via a shake.

Determine your daily protein intake goal, and feel free to reach that goal with shakes or food --- satiety aside, it doesn't make a difference.

Therefore, you can drink a shake whenever you want.

I'd recommend Lipotropic Protein The chocolate flavor has a chocolate malt type taste and the powder itself is inexpensive compared to others.
