About the Product-
The pro-hormone 1-Androsterone (aka 1-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one) the main ingredient in 1-Andro Rx converts to 1-testosterone and you will experience similar muscle mass and strength gains that were seen with 1-AD and M1T before they were banned. 1-Androsterone does NOT convert to estrogen or DHT and is not liver toxic.
The strong anabolic properties of 1-testosterone have been established in the literature. Research conducted in the 60's found that 1-testosterone had a myotrophic (anabolic) potency of 200 as compared to 26 for testosterone, making it over 7 times as anabolic. This was done using the rat levator ani assay, which is commonly used to test the anabolic potency of steroids. In addition to this, 1-testosterone and 1-AD are both unable to aromatize to estrogen. Hence these substances cause very significant increases in muscle size and strength with about the androgenic potential of testosterone and almost no estrogenic side effects (water retention, fat gain, gynecomastia).

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take three (3) to six (6) capsules in divided doses per day, with food. Use in cycles of 4 to 6 weeks taking at least 2 to 4 weeks off in between cycles.

I try to eat every 2-3 hours. Not usually measured, but clean and until Im full. Around 3800-4000 calories.

Thoughts-
Taking it easy on my knee because it has been really aching sense my last leg workout. Normally would go heavy on backsquats, but not in the cards today. Still really proud that my front squats are progressing, I really suck at these. Its good to focus on FS also because my lateralus really needs brought up. Felt solid, agression steadly increasing along with strength and libidio.

Thoughts-
The deads gave me a pretty nasty lower back pump. Really stressed the rest of the workout, but still got some pretty good activation in my lower back. Trying to gauge my strength level right now and move to the 7-9 range more and just pound out my 8 rep max over as many sets as possible. Libido is pretty damn high, morning wood is starting to be a nuisance as me and my fiance run a daycare.

Still going light/ limiting range of motion for my knee, just doesnt seem to be getting better fast enough. Great workout, strong as hell on those sets. Got a pretty wicked back pump that I could have done without though. Appetite is really up, eating like crazy!!! Really got to work some cardio in, been slacking.

Dude I am on the same cycle right now. I am almost done with the 2nd bottle. I have a rash on my arm. Have you gotten anything like that?
