Put up some real solid numbers. Pretty sure its starting to kick in now, not a big dif just feel more alpha. Strength is increasing nicely as well. Libidio is up. Front Squats- 245x8 275x6NEW PR!!! 225x8 Machine Calf Raises- 5 Sets BB Lunges- 185x12, 12 Lying Leg Curls (supersetted with lunges)- 4 Sets Thoughts- Taking it easy on my knee because it has been really aching sense my last leg workout. Normally would go heavy on backsquats, but not in the cards today. Still really proud that my front squats are progressing, I really suck at these. Its good to focus on FS also because my lateralus really needs brought up. Felt solid, agression steadly increasing along with strength and libidio. Strapped Deadlift- 397x10 487x5 507x5NEW 5 REP MAX! Wide Grip Pull Ups- BWx8, 8, 8, 7 Bentover Supported DB Rows- 115x10, 10, 10, 8 Lat Pull Downs- 5 Sets Thoughts- The deads gave me a pretty nasty lower back pump. Really stressed the rest of the workout, but still got some pretty good activation in my lower back. Trying to gauge my strength level right now and move to the 7-9 range more and just pound out my 8 rep max over as many sets as possible. Libido is pretty damn high, morning wood is starting to be a nuisance as me and my fiance run a daycare. Great workout, strong as hell on those sets. Got a pretty wicked back pump that I could have done without though. Appetite is really up, eating like crazy!!! Still feel good, think my bod is just a bit beat up, been really hitting it hard and the results are really showing in the mirror. Lat size is up, chest size up and waist is the same.
