Breaking Through

Need Help Im 24 5'8" 190 Lbs I Have Been Stuck Here Since I Was 18 I Look Athletic But Im Ready To Break Through This ****en Barrier
I Eat Right And Alot To But Cant Seem To Gain Any More Mass I Would Like To Know If Any One Has Insight (experience)of Gear From Moldova Since I Am Visisting There Within The Next 2 Weeks

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

Enter the food you usually eat in a day and report back the following:

Total calories
Grams protein, carb and fat

If you can't gain weight, believe it or not, a couple of grams of oil shot into your body won't make you 30 lbs heavier.

I know, you don't want to do this, but humour me before someone else asks the same question.

Since I Work At 6 Am. In Mornings I Take Just A Glass Of Milk,&fruits

I Then In Lunch Eat Grilled Ck With Msh Pts Some Time Sub Ck With Salmon Or Tuna With Rice And Beans

Dinner Always Lean Meat With Msh Pts

I Pretty Much Eat The Same Thing Every Day Since Dont Really
Like Other Foods......i Eat Until I Feel Uhhh!!!!! (usually About 2 Hours After I Eat Im Hungry But Because With My Work Schedule By The Next Meal I Am Starving
