Advice on estrogen blockers
Hey,
I'm a 21 year old male, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing in at about 165 pounds. I'm about to change lifestyles and will have more time, energy and resources to dedicate to weight training. Can't wait! I am thinking about using an estrogen blocker during my training cycle. I've always suspected that I have a slight excess of estrogen production, although I've never had any tests to prove or disprove so. Does anybody know any particular estrogen blockers that are effective on cycle? Also, assuming I'm wrong and my estrogen levels are healthy, would there be any negative effects to my training? I'm not using anabolic steroids, if that helps. |

In all honesty, I would say first see a doctor and have comprehensive blood tests done, find out about your testosterone and thyroid levels, if something is REALLY wrong, the doctor can really work with you
