What is the best you can achieve NATURAL
OK, we all have seen models in fitness (NOT BB) magazines with great definition and size (both man and women), also trainers in TV, “normal” people with spectacular profiles at bodybuilding.com and or other fitness forums, even at our local gym there are some few outstanding guys and gals… but…. I recently realized that some guys in my gym might (legal terms jaja) be taking something more than whey and oil fish…
It seems to me that the majority of mentioned people have an extra help… So I have 2 questions: 1) What is the average look (pictures) for a person that follows all the rules during years but do NOT take steroids? 2) What is the best look a natural trainee can achieve? Thank you. Best Regards ME |

Define "good body" and "best look". Your perception of perfection is likely different from mine.
Really though, for most people's purposes you can achieve what you want in a few years of good training and eating i expect.

this is completely individual based on your genetics, no one can predict how big someone can get naturally.

Every Natural lifter will plateau or at least reach a point where gains become very slow at some point but they all won't be at the same place.

Genetics is the biggest key. Some people just have the genes for putting on mass and strength while others, no matter how much they eat and train, can not add more then 10 pounds of mass. I am one of the ones who has always been naturally strong and easy for me to bulk up. However, it takes a lot of work for me to get really lean and down to 5% body fat. I have been accused a lot of times of taking steroids. I had never taken them until about 5 years ago, I tried my first cycle. I plumped up and my bench went up quite a bit as did all my other areas. I ran about 4 cycles and decided this was not for me. I prefer doing it with supplements and being natural.
Now if you know someone has been skinny and all of a sudden bulks up in 6 months then they are probably on juice. I have been stocky since I was in Jr High and been lifting weights since I was 9 years old. Without knowing someone's past it is hard to say if they are juicing or not. A few, very few, of the Mr O competitors can acquire their physic naturally. All others have had help to compete at that level. Just depends on what your health means to you in later years. |
