Good Supplements

What are some good Supplements for getting stronger with out gaining to much weight becase iam doing mma and i got to make weight thanks

I have been useing muscle milk, 2 raw eggs, peanutbutter, 2% milk as one of my meals that way i didn't gain to much weight

The determining factor of whether or not you gain weight is your ratio of calories in/calories out.

Fish oil, creatine monohydrate, and a multivitamin is a good start for supplementation.

1-Andro Rx is great for strength gains, and with it's ability to help cut it would work perfectly, I cannot guarantee that you would not gain any weight, but it can definitely be limited by your diet, however you will still experience the strength gains from it.

I was actually thinking about getting into some advertising of 1-Andro Rx with MMA fighters for the above reasons.
