    BCAA's versus just leucine supplementation

I have been using BCAA pre during post training and through out the day in effort to stimulate increased protein syn, and reduce degredation during training, since I am a low carb freak I believe BCAA;s help to decrease catabolic processes and swing to anabolism without the use of post workout carbs, however has anyone found this benefit with just leucine alone, much of the research seems to just be done with leucine and not isoleucine and valine the other two BCAA's. I am asking because I am almost out of my BCAA supplement and thinking of just getting leucine this time. Any comments would be great!
