Super Pump 250

I have used Super Pump 250 many times and seen great results. I'm a junior in high school and a freshman on my soccer team wants to start taking super pump with me because he sees the great results I'm getting. I'm a little skeptical to buy it for him because he is 14 and about 105 pounds. Is there any harm that can be done to him, or do you all think its fine?

From Gaspari Nutrition:

'SuperPump 250 is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.'

More importantly:

I'll assume that his goal is to increase muscle mass. Supplements alone are not going to help him do so. Have him come on the site in order to learn the importance of proper nutrition.

Supplements exist to fill in the gaps, not provide a solution. A surplus of calories in addition to an appropriate training program will allow him to reach his goals.

You dont need any NO2 at your age.

What you need is:
Food
Sleep
Training

Go to training forums and begin reading the stickies, that is the fastest way to gain size and mass.

I don't understand "seeing" great results from somebody using a preworkout drink. The purpose is increased energy and delayed fatigue. I guess Gaspari claims "skin tearing pumps", and that may be what your friend is "seeing".

He's too young.

And by "food", I'd add that he probably needs a lot more protein than what he's getting. I notice that high schoolers get way too little protein due to being under the house of parents who lack understanding of nutrition.

I'd say he should get at least 125g of protein a day to grow some muscles, on top of enough calories coming from vegetables, fruits, and healthy/natural fats
