1-Andro RX: take with food?

Hey guys, I'm going to be running 1-Andro RX 800mg ED for six weeks as of next week. I'll be splitting the dose like this:

3 caps in the morning
2 caps mid-day
3 caps in the evening

or, possibly, four in the am, another four in the pm (depending if it affects my sleeping pattern etc)

Anyway, I am wondering how's best to take this - with or without food? I'm assuming it's better with, but thought I'd better enquire.

Cheers.

Nice one, thanks Pirate. Is splitting the doses into three okay? I know you advised two doses of four, but I read in your blog the you thought the later dose possibly affected your sleep. I was hoping that a lower evening dose (although not massively lower) might help with that, and the mid-day dose would keep the levels more balanced throughout the day. Any good, or does it not make all that much difference?

Cheers.
