L-Carnitine/ALA
I was doing some shopping online and say a supplement with both in it...I have read a lot of good things about both, but also read that it does nothing...so not sure what to think...supplement guru please advise if these supplements are of any benefit and worth the $.

mood disorders like anxiety, or how about agression towards my roommate that pisses me off? haha I guess for the cost it may or may not be worth taking it. There is about 50/50 feedback saying it does or doesn't work. I guess I am looking for supplements that have more cut and dry effects....positive ones.
