Protein Powders

Hi All,
On my other thread I ended up finding out that endurox r4 is not the best protein powder. Do you agree? If you do not please tell me the exact brand which you think is the best, and please be careful, I do not want to gain weight or be extremely ripped, I just want it for better performance in my cardiovascular sports. Thanks
Please remember I am under fifteen and whey about 100/105 pounds
Thanks again

I wouldn't worry about getting extremely ripped at this point. You should just eat a good amount of healthy food and keep exercising and you'll grow. You're very young and nobody knows how you're going to grow at this point. If you're going to get a protein powder just look for one with either, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, egg, or casein as the main protein sources. By law they have to list these ingredients in order of the most put into the mix. It never hurts to take a good multi-vitamin as well

I like isopure by Natue's Best, but it's a little expensive.

I researched just a little and found a protein supplement powder called nitrean. It contains casein whey and egg protein. Do you recommend that?

My favorite brand of whey protein is one that I have found online at BulkFoodsDirect dot com. I have had great success with this protein when added to my existing diet and exercise routine. It's a high quality protein powder, with no artificial additives. Moderately priced, but worth every cent. I highly recommend.

In terms of flavor, Lipotropic Protein is unbeatable. It is also inexpensive in relation to other powders.
