    Unfortuneatly, I don't know anything about those items.

    However, I did recently learn that foods high in fructose contribute greatly to VLDL levels. VLDL is the most harmful type of cholesterol. It's the one that leads to heart disease.

    You'd do well for yourself to cutback on sources of fructose.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    red yeast rice hands down!

    Run it for a couple months and get labs. It works wonders, trust me.....
