They are all okay. Nothing great, better options exist.
I just ordered these three supplements, and I was wondering what any of you think of them:
1.Champion Nutrition pure whey protein stack
2.Optimum Nutrition 100% pure casein protein
3.Higher Power micronized creatine
If I could read your opinions on these items, that would be fantastic. Thanks for your time.

I only have personal experience with the Optimum Casein. As far as casein goes it is good, mixes well and it tastes decent.
Don't mix it up and walk away for more than about 5 minutes though otherwise you will be eating it with a spoon.

The ON casein I like. The higher Power is just a creatine mono nothing much different in any of those. The other I don't know about.
thanks for the replies
I'd recommend replacing the Champion Nutrition protein with Lipotropic Protein for you whey protein source. I think Lipotropic Protein tastes better and I believe it comes at a better price point as well.
ON Casien is not unique, but it's the right type with decent flavor.

How to Use HCG
As long as it is protein/creatine from reputable companies I think you'll be fine.
