    Liquid or chewable vitamins

My wife has the most difficult time with the horse pills we call vitamins. Is there a decent adult chewable or liquid for a multivitamin? She is in her early 20's if this makes any difference.

I guess the same question would apply to fish oil too.

    Thanks in advance.

Yea, she has a hard time with anything larger than a regular asprin. Must run in the family because her brother has the same issue. I think its weird, but i can take about 30 pills at the same time if i wanted to.

I keep telling her, RELAX THE BACK OF THE THROAT...but i keep getting glares when i say that.

-lol- I hear ya, gag reflex is hard or maybe even impossible for some people to overcome.
Maybe you could drain the softgels in a drink, kind of a hassle but would probably work.

The vitamins are tablets, but good idea on the fish oil. Im sure she wouldnt like the taste though. My brother in law thought it would be a good idea to dump the multi in the vitamix with his shake...he said he tasted ever vitamin in there.

Try those vitamin tablets that dissolves in water. The powdered juice like tablet.I forgot the name but i think it's effective. I do use it and i am a living proof of it's effectivity. You can find a brand name when you do a web search.
