Not sure if you mean a recent post or one of the past. I know for me that the last 2 Ephedra containing products don't seem to give me any kind of energy boost past the first use, and the first use is very minor. I've tried up to 75mg of ephedra at one sitting, and nothing.
Good old coffee does a little for me, which I usually have about an hour or so before workout, then just pay attention to water etc since that dehydrates you a little.
I get most of my pre-workout boost from music and good old psyche pump up.
