Question What should I do now?

I stating taking testosterone supps and I used Animal for two cycles with some intense workouts. It has been about one month since I last used them. What supplement do you suggest using now. Just stick with a good protein powder for now until my next cycle, or could I kick in some creatine.

You can use creatine any time you want, as for protein use it if your not getting the amount needed from food, protein is not a supplement like creatine etc, if you don't get enough you wont grow.

Ad since the gut lining pretty much eats it up for you, you need a large amount simply to get past that stage.

And there's no proof that it promotes protein synthesis non-intravenously.

Seriously though, take it. And God bless you.

    And your placebo.
