    Creatine monohydrate, I guess is a pre-workout supplement. Anyways it's a great value unless you get some "special delivery" version which are overpriced and unnecessary.

    Basic whey protein is the best bang for your buck, for post workout supplement. Although it gives me some fucked up gas, so i pay more for the isolate.
