    Any Suggestions

Im looking for suggestions on products to use. Im looking to put on about 10-15lbs of muscle and trying to stay away from the traditional shake. Im looking to go to the gym (2-3x a week, have a new baby), was taking creatine (pill form) and EnorMass shakes, and was looking for suggestions what else I could take for bulking up. I was wondering if there is something else that I would take that would use water and not milk, I was thinking maybe NoXplode or Superpump... Have tried Enor-Mass worked well, but looking for something that I can use with water (different flavors), thinking about creatine in pill form, and maybe NO Xplode or something like that....

    Open for any suggestions

    Thanks

Hard to say without some stats, but I always load up on red meat when Im bulking.

In fact I tend to shy away from protein powders and stick mainly to whole foods.

    Only supps you'll ever need:

    Whey protein
    Creatine
    Multivitamin
Food - Lots of meat and complex carbs and veggies
    SFW

Eventually, you can throw in some gears when you reach a plateau. Stay away from anything with the word NO in it. In fact, anything other than what's listed above will actually cause you to lose weight, by making your wallet lighter and will do nothing to help you build mass. Just my 2ccs. And btw, yes you can mix your whey with water. This ain't rocket science here for cryin' out loud!

protein, creatine and food, forget everything else. the NO products have no impact on mass. and 10-15 lbs will take you months, so be patient.

    What are your thoughts
im thinking a protein shake should be used to supplement your daily protein needs, im thinking superpump will have no impact on your body mass, and im thinking that cellmass has absolutely nothing to do with post workout nutrition. im also thinking that you have no idea what each product is meant to do as that will put you well over your daily creatine needs.
